After School Care Program

Parent Registration for the 2025–2026 After School Care (ASC) program is now open.

The STARS Charter after school care program gives families steady support at the end of each day. Parents work hard and often need extra time in the afternoon. Our program offers a safe place where students can relax, learn, and feel at ease. Children begin with a calm check-in so they can shift out of school mode. They enjoy guided homework time with staff who can answer simple questions and offer support. This helps parents avoid evening stress and creates smoother nights at home.

Students also take part in fun and simple activities. They join art projects, reading time, outdoor play, and small group games. These moments let them explore interests, build friendships, and enjoy a balanced afternoon. Every child gets space to breathe after a long day. Staff members focus on kind guidance and clear expectations. They help students feel seen, heard, and valued.

Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all spaces are filled, please email Mrs. Law at btaylor@starscharter.org to be placed on the ASC waiting list.
